Well, Alfredo is turning into a very handsome young man! He's in his winter coat, and in full rut in the above photo taken on 11/20/11. He's impatiently waiting for his turn with the ladies. I have been extremely happy with the looks of Shazam's kids and am looking forward to freshening his daughters this coming spring.

Alfredo is a very dairy pale gold buckling sired by Shazam. His dam is a gorgeous, free spirited doe who refused to allow anyone other than herself choose her mate! It appears she made the right choice because Alfredo is one handsome fellow. There's lots of milk is this pedigree. Alfredo's dam, Raven, is a daughter of MI Sugarcreek MT Sally's Nate, who is the sire of GCH/ARMCH Sugar Creek Nate's Patience *D 'E' AR1730 (2006 AGS National Best Udder!). Raven is a beautiful dairy doe who showed wonderful capacity and texture in her first freshening udder. I just couldn't resist adding this boy to the junior buck pen:)
